School Story:
no story, but here are a few foggy memories
1. Modern History, Mr Derosier: Didn't he always say something like "Remember to consider the political, economic, social, and religious factors when..." Another foggy memory --when studying the French revolution, we kept reading about "the people." One day Mr. Derosier asked us, "Who are 'the people'?" And after a long silence someone said, "Are we the people?" Not sure what happened next.
2 French , Mr. Poirier: We all had to do skits in French. I remember Trudy Kaufman and I working hard to come up with a French version of A Christmas Carol. Some group did a fake surgery, complete with a patient and ketchup-stained sheet .
3. A King Philip Junior High School memory: Section 7 G --Math class
We walked into the class and our teacher, Dr. Berg?, had written on the board, " 2 + 3 = 10 (or something like that) and then asked us if that was possible. He then taught us about number systems, the binary systme, etc.. He was WAY ahead of his time.
